Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the end-to-end testing of the data pipeline and platform configuration, as well as the establishment of best practises.
- You develop the appropriate automation library and framework, as well as automation tests.
- You protect the platform’s health by implementing the required checks and balances.
- You are also in charge of organising meetings, new initiatives, and innovation.
- You take part in all QA tasks on a daily basis.
- Investigate novel testing/validation technologies/methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality releases.
- Depending on the role, provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of SDET and Sr SDET.
- Support and promote projects that encourage innovation and technical excellence.
- Constantly seek ways to improve software development and testing procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E/B.Tech from Tier 1 & Tier2 colleges.
- Testing of any SaaS products and a good understanding of architecture and design across all platforms.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB is a significant plus.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms, as well as strong object-oriented design and coding abilities.
- Knowledge with performance testing and performance-related technologies such as JMeter / Gatling is preferred;
- Knowledge of test cycle management solutions such as JIRA or appropriate
Preferred Skill:
- Decomposing business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data needs, controlling test case development, developing contingency plans, and other preparation tasks will be part of the test strategy design process.
- Micro-services hosted platform testing experience.
- Knowledge of Kafka, GraphQL, and Redis ideas.
- Experience with various development and testing platforms such as Git/Jenkins/Bitbucket.
