Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will use your DevOps expertise to ensure that changes to production do not result in incidents that have an impact on our business.
- Apply your understanding of security practises to develop organisational standards to ensure our properties are safe from attackers, as well as the use of data and log file analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- You will define objectives and key outcomes, as well as use metrics to assess your impact.
- You will collaborate with and influence multiple teams within Apple, including development, production support, business teams, and other technical and non-technical teams.
- Your mission is to ensure an efficient and dependable process from development to production so that our business teams can continue to provide the best customer experience possible.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in a related field.
- Have a strong interest in automation and the creation of tools in Python, Java, or Bash. Have experience deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing applications on leading cloud platforms, such as AWS. AWS
- Database and SQL knowledge is required.
- Expertise in resolving complex manufacturing issues
- Expert knowledge of Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
Preferred Skill:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Able to communicate with more non-technical business users)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct research and present findings.
- Proactive and self-sufficient.
- Attention to detail.
