Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Provide the management team with robust reporting and analytical insights.
- Plan, develop, execute, adapt, maintain, and offer assistance for current management information systems (MIS).
- Do data analysis to produce reports on a regular basis.
- Participate in the definition of new reporting requirements along with management and subject-matter specialists.
- solid conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Create and put into action plans to attain corporate objectives.
- Convert business needs into specifications that will be utilised to develop the necessary reports and dashboards, which may be produced from a number of different data sources.
- proficient in Microsoft Office programmes like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Reports should be able to be created as the management requests.
- Evaluate expense data to find process enhancements that can boost business effectiveness and cost efficiency.
- annual budget preparation and giving senior management the necessary data support.
- Accrual preparation and timely submission to the finance controller
- In order to resolve any issues that may arise and to guarantee the efficient execution of vendor payments, coordinate with other relevant departments such as Accounts Payable, the Tax team, and the Global Supplier Services team.
- Globally coordinate with local delivery managers on issues including budget generation, vendor escalations, and vendor requests.
- accurate cost allocation (Reclass) in CAP format for all expenses, and submit to the finance controller for posting.
- helping company leads with the controllership’s quarterly lease information validation
- Sort and save important invoice information. Keep trackers and pertinent records of all invoices.
- dealing with inquiries, requests, and escalations for payments from vendors.
- tracking and reporting of capital expenditures for business needs and the retirement of outdated equipment.
- Show that you are knowledgeable with the team and departmental processes and any relevant systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Customer service abilities as well as problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.
- A productive team member who can operate well in a group.
- Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Expertise in accounting, fund administration, financial reporting, and/or custody is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with an emphasis on accounting or finance, or similar experience.
