Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Create macros to automate the execution of compensation programmes.
  • Continuously research emerging trends, issues, and best practises.
  • Conduct multifactor data and cost analyses for compensation planning; Analyze, review, and make recommendations for changes to compensation programmes and policies.
  • Make data-driven compensation decisions using various methods and techniques.
  • Managing the creation and upkeep of salary structures.
  • Analysis and MIS/Reporting – report preparation and presentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries.
  • Making system changes and publishing dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Understanding of macro development to enable automation
  • Analytical abilities – the ability to comprehend and apply research and statistics in decision-making
  • Using MIS for Critical Thinking
  • Using logic and reasoning to assess the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Decision Making and Judgment – Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to select the best one.
  • Complex Problem Solving entails identifying complex problems and reviewing relevant information in order to develop, evaluate, and implement solutions.
  • PC knowledge and strong computer navigation skills
  • Capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Dependable with a keen eye for detail
  • Multitasking ability, as well as the ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changes
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a high-production, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently
  • Show patience in all customer interactions, including
  • keeping a pleasant and professional tone and demeanour
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
