Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Examine incoming orders (both commercial and technical) in accordance with specified guidelines/requirements.
- Compare specification sheet requirements to technical information in OEDI/II and Bulletins. Specifically, product versus service compatibility.
- Confirm that the required settings are compatible with the options chosen.
- Create/update product structures to fulfil construction requirements.
- Submit engineering and/or part number setup requests.
- Send internal order requests (IOR) to factories.
- Respond to manufacturer inquiries as soon as possible.
- Act as Order Engineering coordinator for large project orders.
- Interact with Sales/LBPs (Local Business Partners) on technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering(preferably Mechanical Engineering Background)
Preferred Skill:
- Handle all incoming orders at FCEC.
- Help the Support Department meet its goals of reducing order entry lead times and backlog.
- Must be a good team player in order to complete projects on schedule.
